Yoel Neeman is a serial entrepreneur and a lawyer by training.

Yoel is the CEO of Tzalir and oversees all aspects of the business and operations of Tzalir, is responsible for formulating Tzalir’s investment strategy, as well as the structuring and execution of all Tzalir’s investment transactions. Yoel is also responsible for forming strategic partnerships with like minded investors and for designing and implementing growth and innovation fostering activities.

Yoel serves as an executive board member of Medison, and is actively involved in leading Medison’s strategic growth initiatives and its capital markets and global corporate development activities.

Yoel is deeply committed to social entrepreneurship and to promoting and mentoring next generation of social leaders, incorporating values of equal opportunity and social contribution.

Yoel is a graduate of the Hebrew University School of Law and the New York University Law School, both with honors.

Yoel is married to Keren, a father of three, and resides in Israel.

Michael Goldberg

Michael oversees all aspects of financial and technical operations of Tzalir activities, back-office operations, information technologies and financial reporting. Michael also supports all investment activities and philanthropic initiatives.

Before joining Tzalir, Michael was the financial controller of Gamida Cell, a publicly traded company on the NASDAQ. He also worked as a credit accountant at Fortress Investment Group. Michael began his career at EY, where he was an assurance senior, and earned his CPA in the State of New York.

Michael is a graduate of Macaulay Honors College at Baruch College.

Michael lives in Israel with his wife Annie and their children.

Mira Roth

Mira is responsible for overseeing the company’s accounting operations, ensuring compliance with local and international financial regulations, and maintaining accurate financial records. This role includes managing the day-to-day bookkeeping, supervising the accounting team, preparing financial statements, and coordinating with auditors, tax authorities, and management.

Mira has over 15 years of experience. Before joining Tzalir, Mira worked with a NASDAQ-listed publicly traded company, assorted retail organizations, and international conference management firms.

Certified Bookkeeper (Level 3), B.A. Graduate from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

Mira lives in Shoham, Israel with her three children.

Oshrat Duvdevani
